Initial Phone Consult:  No Obligation

Initial Session:  $175 

Individual Session:  $150 (45 minutes); $175 (60 minutes)

Payment is accepted at the end of each session, either by cash, check or ACH electronic payment

 

I currently do not take insurance. Insurance companies require a formal mental health diagnosis to reimburse for sessions. Additionally, they may limit the number of sessions a person may attend. Many people prefer to pay out of pocket to retain full confidentiality and to be able to utilize therapy as often as they would like.  

 

I am an out of Network Provider.  Please check with your insurance provider to verify if you have Out-of-Network coverage. If you choose to utilize Out-of-Network coverage, payment will be required at the end of each session. Then, if you choose, you can submit a receipt (that I will prepare) to your insurance company for reimbursement.

My goal is to keep rates reasonable for those who wish to access therapy at their own discretion. *Fees may be reduced for those with extraordinary medical expenses or financial hardships and will be determined on an individual basis.  Please inquire if you believe you qualify to be considered for this reduction.

 

*Any formal paperwork or extensive phone contact required for schools, health professionals, or for legal purposes will be billed as out of pocket expenses and costs will be determined on a case by case basis.
